Refund Policy

Our philosophy: We want you to be confident in ArtiMax. That's why we offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required — try everything before you pay a cent.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. If ArtiMax isn't right for you, simply let the trial expire — you won't be charged.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Because we offer a generous free trial:
- Refunds are generally not provided for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has begun.
- You may cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount for the upfront commitment. If you need to cancel an annual plan:
- Within 30 days of purchase: We'll issue a full refund, minus the monthly rate for any days used.
- After 30 days: No refund is available, but you'll retain access until the end of your annual billing period.
4. Plan Changes
- Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. No refund is needed — you get more immediately.
- Downgrades: When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. You retain your current plan's features until then.
5. Service Issues
If you experience a significant service outage or defect that prevents you from using ArtiMax for an extended period, we may provide a prorated credit or refund at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (including a refund) if:
- The service has a major failure (e.g., it is substantially unfit for purpose).
- The service does not meet a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded.
These statutory rights apply regardless of any other terms in this policy.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@artimax.com.au with:
- Your account email address.
- The reason for your refund request.
- Your subscription plan and billing period.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
